Body design and operation
The X100VI retains the compact design of its predecessor, the X100V, but adds only 42.5 grams for a total weight of 471 grams. The tiltable 3-inch touchscreen with 1.62m dot ensures intuitive operation and display. The rugged design is weatherproof in combination with the optional AR-X100 adapter ring and weatherproof protective ring. The top plate features lock buttons and levers for quick and easy control of exposure settings, including dedicated shutter speed and exposure compensation buttons. Both the front and rear function buttons have a push function for improved user-friendliness and selection of settings. A joystick on the back provides intuitive AF point selection, menu navigation and image display.
Connectivity, storage and power
The X100VI's integrated Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity allows images to be shared wirelessly with a mobile device and the camera to be controlled remotely. A single SD memory card slot supports up to the UHS-I standard.
