Troubleshooting
| Can't turn on | It's not a rechargeable device, please keep the device connected to the power source via the adapter the whole time during use. Press the power button on the side to start the device. |
| Doesn't emit light pulses | Make sure the device is already on. Then place the device vertically to the treatment skin area, press firm till the skin sensor light is on, then press the treatment button on the front. |
| Doesn't see any results | For the first 2 weeks, make sure to use it at least once every other day and each treatment area is getting 2-3 flashes. Increase the intensity level if needed. |
| The item gets hot | When using the device, please make sure the ventilation area is not covered with your hands or blocked in any other way. |
| A burning smell | Make sure to shave any hair longer than 2 mm and the treatment window is clean, or the surface hair or residues will produce a burning smell. |
